Our approach
How We Actually Do This.
Doctor's appointments, dental visits, lab work, eye exams, follow-ups — we coordinate transportation to all of them. A caregiver accompanies the resident when needed, takes notes from the appointment, and reports back to family. Family can also come along, of course.

What Families Ask Us.
Is transportation included or extra?
Local transportation to routine medical appointments is included in our base care. Some longer trips may have a small additional cost — we'll always tell you in advance.
Will a caregiver come into the appointment?
Yes, when the resident wants or needs that. The caregiver takes notes and shares them with the family and the resident's primary care team.
Can my loved one go to family events?
We try to make it work — with notice, we can arrange transportation for weddings, holidays, or other events that matter.
What if it's an emergency?
We call 911 and a caregiver accompanies the resident. Family is notified immediately.
