The People Who'll Know Your Loved One.

In a home this small, there is no anonymity. Here are the people who actually do the work.

Genet Tesgye

Founder & Lead Caregiver

Genet has spent years caring for elders and people with mental health conditions before founding Simon Adult Family Home. She brings deep clinical knowledge, fluent English and Amharic, and the kind of warm patience that can only be learned by doing this work for a long time.

She built this home around a simple idea: every resident deserves to be genuinely known by the people who care for them. She lives that idea every day.
