What to expect
A Tour, The Way It Should Be.
No sales pitch. No clipboard, no rushed walkthroughs, no rehearsed lines about "communities" or "facilities." This is someone's home — we'll walk through it the way you'd walk through a friend's house.
- Walk through every room, including the private bedrooms
- Sit in the garden patio and the common areas
- Meet Genet and any caregivers who are on shift
- Ask anything — medical, personal, financial, logistical
- Family members and the prospective resident are all welcome
- If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and help you find one

Before you arrive
What To Bring (If Anything).
Honestly, just yourselves. If it helps to bring a list of questions, do. If you have medical paperwork or a care needs assessment from somewhere else, bring it — but don't worry if you don't. We can have a useful conversation either way.
The address is 6320 Fleming St, Everett, WA 98203. There's parking on the street. The home is wheelchair-accessible if your loved one is coming with you.
