Yes. Someone is awake and available 24/7. We don't leave residents alone overnight.
How is privacy maintained during personal care?
Doors are closed. Curtains are drawn. We assist with the minimum exposure needed, talk through what we're doing, and treat each resident the way we'd want to be treated.
Can my loved one keep doing things they can still manage?
We encourage it. The goal is never to take over — it's to support.
