Who this is for
The Kind Of Resident This Serves Best.
Any resident who needs help with bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, or other personal grooming — at the level they need, when they need it.
Our approach
How We Actually Do This.
Personal grooming is intimate work. We treat it that way. Doors are closed, the resident chooses what they want to wear when possible, and we work at their pace. We pay attention to small things: a favorite cardigan, the way someone parts their hair, whether they prefer a bath or shower.

Common questions
What Families Ask Us.
How often will my loved one bathe?
As often as they want and need. Most residents prefer two to three baths or showers a week, plus daily sponge wash-ups.
Can my loved one keep their own clothes?
Yes. We encourage residents to bring clothing they love. We label everything and handle laundry.
What if my loved one resists bathing (common with dementia)?
We don't force it. We use familiar routines, music, warm towels, and patience. Sometimes a sponge bath today and a shower tomorrow is the right answer.
Can a beautician visit?
Yes — we can arrange visits from a hairdresser or barber for residents who don't want to go out.
